Shipping
Is shipping available in my area and how long does it take?
We support worldwide shipping, shipping times can be found in the shipping policy.
When will my order ship?
After placing an order, the order will start shipping within 3 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer $99 shipping, if it is less than $99, usually the shipping fee is $9.90, see Shipping Policy for more details.
How do I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become fully active as it is being processed by our carrier.
Tracking via Email: Use the “Track” button in the email we sent you to initiate tracking.
Online Tracking: You can also track your order by visiting our Parcel Panel at https://bookoocoffee.com/parcel-panel. Simply enter your order number or tracking number on the website to check the status of your shipment.
Note: If there are no updates to your tracking number 48 hours after receiving the email, please contact our customer service for further assistance.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders placed on our website are automatically sent to our warehouse for processing and shipping. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the cancellation or modification of any order.
Requesting Changes: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Include your order number (e.g., #12345) in your request to help us assist you more efficiently.
Efforts and Limitations: While our team will make every effort to accommodate your request before the order is shipped, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the cancellation or modification of your order due to our swift processing times.
Refund Policy: Should your order be shipped and you still require changes, you can return it following our refund policy guidelines.
