Refund Policy

At BOOKOO, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

For purchases made through authorized distributors and Amazon, please contact the distributors and Amazon directly.

1. Returns 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund and return.


1.1 Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in the original, unused condition and must include all original packaging. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

1.2 Steps to initiate a return

Please include the following information: Order number, Proof of purchase, and the reason for return (If the product is broken, please provide a photo or video of the product)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


1.3 Shipping 

To return your product, please contact us for the correct shipping location depending on where you live.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The unpaid extra cost incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

1.4 Return exclusions

For items purchased from other authorized distributors, please get in touch with them for returns, exchanges, or warranty.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or on sale items for which returns are stated as not allowed in advance.

2. Refund Processing 

2.1 Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2.2 Refunds for non-product quality issues

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the product(s), you can return the product(s) within 14 days of purchase for a product refund minus a 15% restocking fee provided the product(s) are in like new condition and are in their original packaging. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a full refund without a restocking fee, your item must be completely unused, and the packaging must be intact and unopened, just in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

2.3 Others 

Additional costs incurred during shipping (including taxes and shipping costs) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Note: Refunds will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, including any discounts, shipping fees, and promotions. Refunds will be issued in the original order currency.


4. Cancellations 

Products that have been ordered and paid for but still not shipped are eligible for cancellation. However, all banking card fees, credit card fees and processing fees from the transaction will be subtracted from the return amount.

Products that are purchased as pre-order items are ineligible for cancellation unless specified otherwise.


5. Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
