Shipping & Delivery Policy for BOOKOO Motto80 Grinder
Motto80 uses a specialized shipping policy distinct from our other products:
- Shipments are handled via express couriers (DHL / UPS / FedEx) or standard air freight, depending on your location and selected shipping option.
- Estimated shipping times are typically 1–3 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Estimated shipping costs range from USD $50 to $150, depending on weight, distance, and chosen service level. (For remote or hard-to-reach regions, additional surcharges may apply.)
Duties & Taxes
- For certain countries (e.g. United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, etc.), duties and taxes may be prepaid at checkout (i.e. delivered DDP).
- For other countries, duties, import VAT, and customs handling fees are not included and must be paid locally by the customer (DAP / DDU).
- Prepaid duties are estimates based on current tariffs & tax rates and may not cover additional local customs fees or adjustments. If the actual tax is higher, the customer may be asked to settle the difference at customs.
Exceptions & Disclaimers
- All estimates are subject to change based on actual invoice value, classification, and local customs rules.
- We reserve the right to adjust shipping method, carrier, or cost post-purchase, with notice to the customer, if required by logistics or customs exigencies.
- In the event of package return due to unpaid taxes / duties rejection, the customer shall bear return shipping costs.
