I have 1 EM installed on my e61 group head and another on my LaPavoni Stradivari. They both work fine. I use BooKoo app on my iPhone and record my espresso pulls. It’s a valuable tool.

The BooKoo Espresso Monitor is great value product which I’m using with a Flair 58, the BooKoo Themis scale and the BooKoo app, to improve my espresso.
This is a really impressive coffee scale, which is really responsive (fast) and clear. It fits easily under my ROK Espresso maker and my Flair 58. When paired with the BooKoo pressure sensor, it is raising my ability to make great espresso. Having only used it for a fortnight now, it has not transformed my espressos yet, but I believe, by helping me record my data and store it in the BooKoo app, this will help me to make better, and more repeatable espressos, the more I use it and learn with it. I’m looking forward to being able to freeze my favourite beans with my dialled in, perfected recipe, stored in the BooKoo app ready for whenever I might want something special.
