All imperfect units are brand-new and unused. They may have minor cosmetic imperfections from production, such as small scratches, surface marks, or packaging defects, but they are fully functional and meet all performance standards.
2. Do imperfect units come with warranty?
Yes. Imperfect units are covered by the same 1-year warranty as regular products. If you experience any quality issues, feel free to contact us for support.
3. Is this a limited release?
Yes. Earth Day pricing is available only during the campaign period. Limited stock, first come, first served.
4. Can imperfect units be returned?
Imperfect units are final sale and cannot be returned without a valid quality issue. You can request a return or exchange within 14 days after delivery. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund for the imperfect unit.
