Lost or Misdelivered Packages

If your package appears lost or misdelivered, please follow the steps below.

 

Step 1: Check Your Order and Surroundings

  • Track your package using ParcelPanel or the local (last-mile) carrier’s tracking page using the order number from your confirmation email.
  • Check your inbox and spam/junk folder if you cannot find the confirmation email.
  • Verify with family members, neighbors, or anyone who may have received the package on your behalf.
  • Check around your door, porch, mailbox, or other delivery locations.


Step 2: Verify with the Carrier

  • Contact the delivery company to confirm the delivery status.
  • Wait an additional 24–48 hours if the package is marked as delivered but has not been received, as couriers may occasionally mark items as delivered before final drop-off.


Step 3: Contact BOOKOO Customer Service

  • Please provide your order number and contact us via email.
  • Our team will investigate the shipment with the carrier.
  • If the package is confirmed lost during transit, we can resend the items or offer a refund if preferred.

Important Notice

We cannot be responsible for:
  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier with proof of delivery (such as a signature or delivery photo).

  • For other countries, duties, import VAT, and customs handling fees are not included and must be paid locally by the customer (DAP / DDU).
  • Prepaid duties are estimates based on current tariffs & tax rates and may not cover additional local customs fees or adjustments. If the actual tax is higher, the customer may be asked to settle the difference at customs.

Exceptions & Disclaimers

  • All estimates are subject to change based on actual invoice value, product classification, and local customs regulations.
  • Bookoo reserve the right to adjust shipping method, carrier, or cost post-purchase, with notice to the customer, if required by logistics or customs exigencies.
  • In the event of package return due to unpaid taxes / duties rejection, the customer shall bear return shipping costs.
