Can I use the EM while it is charging?
No. Using the EM while charging is not recommended, as it may affect battery safety and lifespan.
For best performance, fully charge the EM first, then disconnect the charger before use.

Why Is There Difference Between EM and a Mechanical Pressure Gauge?
A small difference between EM readings and mechanical pressure gauges is normal and within operating tolerance.
Mechanical gauges typically allow ±0.3 bar, while the BOOKOO EM measures within ±0.1 bar, resulting in a possible combined deviation of up to ±0.4 bar.
This does not indicate a malfunction if extraction behavior remains normal.

Why isn’t my EM syncing data or auto-starting during extraction?
If EM data seems incorrect or delayed, make sure you’re using the latest BOOKOO N App and that your EM firmware is up to date.
Restart the app and manually reconnect your EM.
Older or low-performance phones may also cause slight delays.

Why can’t I connect my EM to the BOOKOO App?
Ensure your EM has the latest firmware, is fully charged, and the app has Bluetooth permissions (and Location on Android).
