Got both the electronic sensor and the manual pressure gauge combination for my Flair 58. They work seamlessly. Frankly I don't use the Bookoo app because I feel it is clunky (other than for firmware updates), but the EM and the smart scale both connect to other coffee apps. I use Bean Conqueror and the connection is seamless everytime with no hiccups or time wasted getting them to connect with the app and work in sync.I'm so glad that this is part of my setup and it's helped me dial in espresso so much more quickly. Great accuracy and no noticeable latency.
The combination of the pressure sensor and the scale works amazing.
Getting all this data in real time definitely reduces wastage while dialing in new beans and also is a great help in getting consistent output everyday.

I must also say that the build of the scale is phenomenal. It is small yet sturdy and looks great anywhere you keep it.
This has been very accurate and stable to indicate the pressure as well as providing a clear, steam-free gauge with easy to see markings/ measurement increments.
