1. What is the time limit for requesting a return?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. What condition must the items be in to be eligible for return?
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging. If items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging, returns will be refused.
3. What are the costs associated with returning an item?
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Additional costs incurred during shipping (including taxes and shipping costs) are also the responsibility of the buyer.
4. How do I start the return process?
Contact support@bookoocoffee.com and include your Order number, Proof of purchase, and the reason for return. If the product is broken, provide a photo or video of the product.
5. What is the difference between a normal refund and a full refund without a restocking fee?
A normal refund deducts a 15% restocking fee, while a full refund without a restocking fee requires the item to be completely unused with intact and unopened packaging, in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.
6. What should I do if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery?
Inspect your order upon reception and contact support@bookoocoffee.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
7. Are there any exclusions to the return policy?
Items not purchased directly from https://bookoocoffee.com are not accepted for return. Gift cards and sale items for which returns are stated as not allowed in advance also cannot be returned.
8. What is the process for cancelling an order?
Products that have been ordered and paid for but not yet shipped are eligible for cancellation. However, all credit card and processing fees from the transaction will be subtracted from the return amount.
9. How long does it take to receive a refund after the return is accepted?
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified and, if approved, automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
